Life has been one crazy, amazing journey for me and I am so grateful for it today. I'm grateful for this body that carries me around each day on this Earth, that holds my precious Soul Spirit within, so that I may experience the Mystery of Life, experientially. I am continuously awed by the beauty in this world, when I take time to notice, tiny moments, like a three second bird call as I step out my door, a shimmering dance of light upon the water, gentle breezes that kiss my skin unexpectedly, a beloved song, or animal, or person, the smile or laughter of a child, the flower that rises up from a tiny seed, hidden under ground and one day, seemingly magically, blooms forth. All of Life cries out for our attention... Just to be Noticed, Appreciated for It's Presence, to be Seen, to be Known, to be Loved.
